For 41 years, Bishop Hilliard has served as senior pastor of Cathedral International — The Historic Second Baptist Church in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. What began as one congregation has grown into a ministry the American Baptist Churches, USA recognizes as a model for church expansion.
Today, worship is delivered in person across four locations and streamed live into thousands of homes across the globe.
