What we collect

This website collects only the information you choose to send through its forms: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message or booking request. The site does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.

How it is used

Form submissions are delivered by email to the ministry team at Donald Hilliard Ministries and are used solely to respond to your inquiry, or coordinate a booking. Form delivery is handled by FormSubmit, which processes your submission for the sole purpose of delivering it.

Giving and external services

Donations are processed by PayPal on PayPal's own website, under PayPal's privacy policy — this site never sees or stores payment details. Links to external sites (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, the Pulpit to Palette gallery, and Cathedral International) are governed by those services' own policies.
